Meet Chris!

Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
My name is Chris. I moved to Killeen from Puerto Rico about 7 months ago. Recently got married to my S/O and its the greatest decision I've ever made. Also, joined the military and patiently waiting to become a U.S soldier.

How did you get interested in Crossfit?
I started to get interested in Crossfit thanks to my dad. My dad always wanted to join but lacked motivation hehe. We both got motivated and joined Crossfit Catalysm.

When your motivation is down, how do you find the drive to get up and come in?
When my motivation is down I mostly just listen to music. Also Pre-Workouts.

What is your least favorite movement?
Least favorite movement, mario jumps.

What is the next goal you hope to reach with Crossfit Catalysm?
My next goal is to have all my PR's in the wall over 200.

What would you say to someone who has never done Crossfit and looking to get started? Any tips or advice?
Join. Crossfit helped my life emotionally, mentally and physically. It's awesome and I can't get enough. My advice would be to do some reasearch on all the benefits that exercising has on your body and daily lifestyle.
