Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
I’m a husband, father and an officer in the US Army. Originally from New Jersey, I love reading, working out in the cataclysm boom-boom room, spending time with my family and going to Cracker Barrel on the reg.
How did you get interested in Crossfit?
I wanted to get my mind and body ready before joining the military so I went to a local crossfit box in my hometown and the rest, as they say, is history!
When your motivation is down, how do you find the drive to get up and come in?
I stop thinking about debating whether to come in or not and just do it. I’ve never regretted working out, I always come out of the gym happy I came in and got after it.
What is your least favorite movement?
Toes to Bar!
What is the next goal you hope to reach with Crossfit Cataclysm?
I’m hoping to qualify for The Fittest Experience in Austin.
What would you say to someone that has never tried CrossFit and looking to get started? Any tips or Advice?
Come in and talk to our community, talk to our members. It’s what makes Crossfit special. You’ll never have as much support from different people than what you’ll experience here. Crossfit Cataclysm is that and then some. Half the battle is coming through the doors and the second half, the people and the amazing coaches will help you, trust me we’re all in this together.
