From time to time members will ask what I carry in my gym bag. I know, I know what you’re thinking... As those of you close to me know, I have a tendency to misplace my wallet. So maybe I should start carrying that in my gym bag. But I usually don't. I keep CrossFit and lifting specific items in there, and here's a peek at what's always in my gym bag. If you decide you want to buy any of these items and want recommendations, let me know. I’m always happy to help.
