From the Gym to the Pavement 5k bootcamp
Come join Stefanie for a 6 week program to get us from the gym floor to the finish line of a 5k! This program is for EVERYONE from beginner to experienced runner. You will meet 3 days a week for 30-45 minutes to work on everything that will help you cross that finish line! This is an overall conditioning piece that will focus on improving your run time. You will do body weight and KB strength work, core work and then your running work. You will get to train as a group and then run together as a group on race day! Be part of something fun, something motivational and most of all something to help keep us living a healthier life! Open to members AND NON members.
