I served 12 and half years in the Army as a combat medic and did three combat tours Afghanistan in 03-04, Baghdad 07-08, and the Afghanistan again 09-10 I grew up in Harker Heights, TX I don't know what I want to do when I grow up. I currently am a foster parent to three physically and mentally handicapped adults, whom live with me in my house. My hobbies are camping, hiking, ATV riding, scuba diving, survival training, Crossfit, and making Kydex holsters and sheaths.
How did you get interested in Crossfit?
I was doing P90X and I saw some people running around jumping onto boxes and swinging kettle bells around and it sparked my interest.
When your motivation is down, how do find the drive to get up and come in?
I think about how bad my back and body hurts when I don't work out.
What is your least favorite movement?
That would have to be the soul sucking Assault Bike.

What would you say to someone that has never tried Crossfit and is looking to get started? Tips, advice?
